Text Box: Our Contract Policy Unbridled Design, LLC. will not begin the design process without receiving a contract back from our client. This does not only protect us, but also our clients. Please review the contract in its entirety before signing and returning it. We prefer to have an electronic copy of the contract, but if you would like to fax the contract back please contact us for our fax number. Clients usually prefer to work on a contract basis, although we would consider hourly projects. Timeline Our timeline is very competitive! Unless otherwise arranged, normal delivery of advertisements and print ready materials is 3 business days for the first proof. Brand development (logo design) normal delivery is 5 business days for the first proof. After the first proof, half payment is due. Changes are completed within 1-2 business days. Once the final (print ready/vector) delivery is completed, full payment is due.
