Unbridled Design, LLC. will begin working on your project as soon as a signed contract is received, unless prior arrangements are made. How long before my project is finished? Projects vary based on many factors. A first proof of advertisements and print materials will usually be delivered in 3 business days, and a first proof of brand development will usually be delivered in 5 business days. The rest of the process will vary usually on the client’s needs and/or adjustments. Projects can easily be completed within one week. However, other arrangements can be made based on need and our designer’s schedule. How many changes may I ask for in my project? We have yet to found the need to charge for an abundance of changes; however, we do reserve the right to add a small design fee. What if I don’t like any of the initial designs? We will provide you with additional designs, but please read our contract completely. Unless otherwised arranged, half payment is due upon the first proof. Can you redo an existing logo design? We definitely can update your logo. Please supply the original logo with any details you wish. Why does the print material color vary slightly from the electronic version? This will depend on where the item is printed. However, we can supply the project in RGB, CMYK, or Pantone. Who keeps the rights to the logo design? Once full payment is received, the client owns the rights to the logo design. We do reserve the right to utilize the logo design in our sample albums. If you are concerned about this policy, please let us know, we will adjust the contract we send you. Do you offer printing? We now offer printing for various projects, which we can usually get at a lower price than consumers. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept checks or paypal (4.5% additional fee for paypal).
